A groan in the dark

I saw you in an olive grove.
Floating astray, in a golden sparkle... some call it God's grace.
I wonder why...
And the children's dread could be felt from afar.
Their hands of steaming clay, festering in the dark,
while ominous shrieks trimmed the edge of the canopy...
only to succumb to the primal stir of death...
lurking to inseminate this holly piece of land.

My bane... my fear... my path...
A groan... some say, "Thou shall not pass"!
I'm drained of lust and bone and semen in disguise
Segregate my limbo from this pestilence tonight.
I want to feel once more, the hollows of your sigh...
Bathing in a sparkle suit, amidst the olive fleece,
that some call the grace of God...
with no reason to live... or die.
